What are your hours of operation?

Mon-Thurs 11am-7pm. Please allow 24-72 business hours for a reply to your inquiry. Inquiries will not be responded to on the weekends.

What is your turn-around time?

- 5-7 business days for graphics. - 3-4 weeks for custom websites. *A rush fee can be applied if needed Turn around times will remain the same unless you see a notice at the top of my website or it's the holiday season.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds will be provided after your project has been started. All designs come with up to 3 revisions so that we are able to satisfy your design expectations. We promise to work hard to create your vision so you can leave as a happy customer.

Can I speak to someone over the phone?

At this time, phone consultations are for web based projects and brand coaching services only. All other correspondence is done via email, that is to protect You, “The client” and Me, as “The Designer” from hearsay. It is done to keep a paper trail for records and to avoid miscommunication. Please allow 24-72 business hours for a reply to your inquiry. Inquiries will not be responded to on the weekends.

Do you offer printing?

I do not print any projects. I will provide you with items print-ready to go straight to print, which I have found beneficial to the client as you can print as many quantities you need at your convenience. If your preferred printing company has special instructions for their print jobs, please let me know before we begin design work. If you need recommendations on where to print I will try my best to give you the best options.

How many drafts and revisions will I receive?

While in the creative process, three rounds of revisions are allowed for every project.


I am interested in a custom website. What’s the process?

Websites take 2-3 weeks to complete. After the contract has been signed and your payment/deposit has been received I will send you a Design Brief which is a questionnaire that will ask you to give me more details about your brand and your design expectations. It is very important to answer all questions on the Design Brief with as much detail as possible because this is how I will decide how to create the layout, look, and feel of your website. I will also send you an email with the content that I need to build the site.

What is the difference between the Pre-Made Website and the Standard/E-Commerce Website?

A pre-made website is the perfect option for a new business on a budget. This kind of website is already designed with professional pictures and can be launched the same day. More than one client can purchase a pre-made website. A customized site is exactly that. It will be custom designed to match your brands identity and any other specific needs.

How does the whole Pre-Made website thing work? Can I use my own domain?

Yes, you can use your own domain. The pre-made website works just like any other website. To utilize the website you will need to have a Wix account and purchase one of their plans which normally comes with a domain. You will pay Wix monthly to keep your website live on the web. Once you create your Wix account I would transfer you over ownership of the pre-made website and you will be all set!

Can I change the colors and pictures on the Pre-Made website?

Yes, colors, pictures and wording can be changed on the website. If you need assistance with this there is an option on the product page where you can have BBB do this for you.

Will I be able to maintain my website?

Yes, we are sure to build websites on platforms where our clients can easily go and make their own edits and additions including adding products. If you prefer, you can hire us to manage your site and make changes and updates when needed. We offer a seasonal maintenace package for clients who would like to make sure their website is always fresh and inviting to keep their returning customers coming back for more!

What do I need to get started?

All content and imagery are important to receive within the first week of ordering so we can stay on track. Please have all text prepared in a Word document. Also, please make sure it is free of any spelling errors before sending over. All photos should be in JPEG or PNG format. Please absolutely no screenshots that need cropping. Professional photos are a highly recommened! It makes everything look... professional! If you do not have professional photos BBB will provide you with stock photos at no extra cost.


Do you have a payment plan?

Yes. I offer payment plans for orders $600+. You have the option to pay in full or use the payment plan where half of the balance is due upfront and the remaining half would be due once the service has been completed, reviewed and approved.


In what format will I receive my logo(s)?

We will email you a .png file which is great for watermarking, a .jpg file, and also the source file which will either be. PSD format or .Ai which will be needed for printing on a larger scale size such as a banner or t-shirt.

Do I own my logo?

Yes! You have full ownership of your logo, or any other design service provided.
